Bigwuin Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Bigwuin (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of using the Bigwuin Platform.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account per person is permitted, regardless of name, address, phone number, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and funds will be forfeited.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Password Responsibility: It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

• Withdrawal Process: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Bigwuin complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be suspended and investigated.

• Multiple Bets: In a parlay or accumulator bet combining multiple events, if one event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the bet is settled on the remaining events.

Bigwuin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to its own terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time. Not applicable to existing members.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately upon receipt. A bonus only becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering amount has been met.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Voucher Code: Voucher codes are valid only within their specified period and subject to designated terms. Each voucher can only be used once.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bigwuin. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Misconduct or threats directed at Bigwuin staff

Bigwuin uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If fraud is confirmed, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

Bigwuin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions
• If KYC information is not verified or false information is found
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months)

Users will be notified by email before their account is closed — however, accounts may be closed immediately in cases of fraud or security concerns. Users whose accounts are closed for valid reasons will have the opportunity to recover any remaining funds.

To close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Bigwuin accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a technical failure
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider
• If an account is compromised by unauthorized access — where user negligence is established
• If services are suspended due to government or regulatory authority directives
• For the outcome of any bet placed at the user's own discretion

Bigwuin strives to deliver the highest level of service at all times, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or upgrades.
